Are estimates really free?
Yes — always, with no obligation. Repair, replacement, or a brand-new install: you get a written number before any work starts.
Heat pump, or separate AC and furnace?
In the Verde Valley, a properly sized heat pump often handles both seasons in one system. But it depends on your home, your ductwork, and your gas situation — that's exactly what the free estimate figures out. We'll lay out both options with real numbers.
Why does in-house sheet metal matter?
Because ducts are half the system. Stock pieces forced into a custom space leak, whistle, and starve the far rooms. We fabricate our own sheet metal, so the ductwork fits your house — not the other way around.
Do you handle commercial buildings?
Yes — storefronts, offices, and property-managed buildings across Cottonwood and the Verde Valley, for both installs and recurring maintenance. Certificates of insurance available on request.
When should I service my AC?
Before the first triple-digit day, not after it. A spring tune-up catches weak capacitors, low charge, and clogged coils while it's still cheap to fix — and while our schedule (and yours) is calm.
