Yes — always, with no obligation. We walk the space with you, talk through options, and put a number in writing. No fee, no pressure appointment, no “today-only” price.
How long does a typical remodel take?
It depends on scope — a tub-to-shower conversion is a different animal than a full kitchen. What we promise is a written timeline before we start and a heads-up the moment anything threatens it. You'll never wonder where your project stands.
Who actually does the work?
The crew that quotes your job is the crew that builds it — with the owner on site. No handoff to a subcontractor you've never met, no rotating cast of strangers in your house.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. Plenty of our Longview customers hand us access instructions and come home to the day's progress cleaned up and tarped off. Whatever you're comfortable with.
