Are you taking new patients?

Yes — new dogs and cats are always welcome, from Garland and nearby Plano, Richardson, Murphy, and Sachse. Call or text (972) 530-8200 to get your pet on the schedule.

Do you offer same-day or urgent visits?

When something’s wrong, tell us right away when you call (972) 530-8200 and we’ll do our best to see your pet the same day. For true after-hours emergencies, we’ll help direct you to the nearest emergency hospital.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

Always. We explain your options and their costs before we begin — no surprise line items. Neighbors consistently tell us our pricing is more affordable than clinics nearby.

Can I board my pet even if you’re not their regular vet?

Ask us — we offer day boarding in dog runs and multi-level cat condos. Give us a call to check availability and vaccine requirements before you travel.

Do you work with rescues?

We do. Dr. Hamlin is a longtime advocate for DFW 501(c)(3) rescues, and we offer pre-adoption counseling. If you’re with a rescue, reach out about partnership options.
