Mercy Animal Clinic is an independent, doctor-owned practice in Garland — not a chain, not a franchise. That means the person examining your pet is the same person who answers your questions, calls with results, and remembers your dog's name the next time you walk in.
How we practice
We keep appointments unhurried on purpose. A rushed exam misses things; a calm one lets us actually look, feel, and listen — and it lets you ask every question on your mind. Nobody leaves confused about what's happening or what it costs.
When something's wrong, we walk you through the options in plain language, give you a written estimate before we do anything, and let you decide. No pressure, no guilt, no “while we're in there” surprises on the invoice.
