Straight answers

Common questions

How soon can I use new concrete?
Generally you can walk on it after a day or two and drive on it after about a week, but it depends on the mix, the weather, and the job — we'll give you exact guidance for your pour before we leave the site.
Do you handle tear-out and haul-off?
Ask us in the bid walk — removal and replacement is a common scope on older driveways, sidewalks, and curb sections, and it's easiest to price when we see what's there.
Can you pour in winter here?
Cedar City winters are real, and cold-weather concrete needs extra care. Some pours can be done with protection; others are better scheduled for the right window. We'll tell you honestly which one your job is.
Do you do small residential jobs, or only big projects?
Both. MS Concrete started with residential work in the 1980s and never stopped — patios and driveways get the same crew that pours the commercial and civil work.
What does a bid cost?
Nothing. Every job starts with a free walk-through and a written bid, whether it's a patio or a curb-and-gutter package.
