Panadería La Reina Imperial is exactly what it looks like — a family-run neighborhood panadería. The ovens are on before the sun's up, the conchas come out warm, and the case fills with the pan dulce, cakes, and bread this corner of Plano has come to count on.
What we're about
Everything here is about freshness. Bread and pan dulce are baked through the day, not shipped in frozen — which is why regulars tell us it's “freaking good bread every time.” The concha is our pride: soft, light, airy, with a crisp sugar top that's just sweet enough.
We keep our prices honest — súper accesibles, as one neighbor put it — because a panadería should be a part of everyday life, not a splurge. A concha and a champurrado on the way to work shouldn't cost a fortune.
And when there's something to celebrate, we're there for that too. Birthday cakes and quinceañera cakes, made to your flavor and design, that leave your guests “encantados.” That's the whole idea: good bread daily, and a showstopper cake when the day calls for it.
