Vietnamese kitchen · W Walnut St, Garland

Our story

Made from scratch.
Served with pride.

Pho Bang is a family kitchen, and it eats like one. We do a handful of Vietnamese classics, we do them the way they're meant to be done, and we've been feeding Garland on W Walnut Street for years.

01

The pot that never quits

Good pho can't be rushed. Our broth starts before the doors open — bones, charred aromatics, and a careful hand with the spices, simmered for hours until it's clear, deep, and worth the wait. That pot is the heart of this place, and we never cut corners on it.

Everything around it is fresh: herbs washed and picked the same day, baguettes crisp for the banh mi, pork grilled to order over real heat. It's the food our family grew up eating, cooked for a dining room full of neighbors who feel like family too.

We've watched a lot of Garland come through these doors — first dates, big loud family tables, the folks who order the same bowl every single week. Hundreds of reviews later, we're still here, still ladling, still glad you came in.

1

Broth from scratch

Simmered in-house every day. No shortcuts, no powder — just time and good ingredients.

2

Generous bowls

You should leave full. Big portions and fair prices are how we've always done it.

3

A neighborhood table

Family-run and proud of it. When you walk in, you're not a ticket number — you're a regular in the making.

The promise

“If the broth isn't right, it doesn't leave the kitchen. Simple as that.”
