Panaderia La Reina Imperial is a family panadería in East Plano. Every morning starts the same way it has since day one: ovens on early, the first trays of conchas out before the neighborhood is fully awake, and a case that fills up with pan dulce made by hand.
How we bake
We keep it the old way. Small batches through the morning so the case is always full of something that just came out — not trays that sat overnight. The recipes are the ones our family has always used, and we're not in a hurry to change them.
The cakes are where it gets personal. A quinceañera cake isn't just an order to us — it's someone's daughter's biggest day. So we sit down with you, we do the tasting, and we build it by hand to match your colors and your theme. When you cut it, it should taste every bit as good as it looks.
And because this is our neighborhood too, our name rides on every tray and every cake that leaves the shop. That's the whole idea: bake like it's for our own table, treat every customer like family, and let the pan dulce do the talking.
